1. Fill basic information.
2. Candidate can apply for more than one post by selecting more than one post and paying the TOTAL FEE of all the selected posts.
3. Check the details filled in and make correction, if any.
4. Press “Submit” button to register.

1. When “Submit” button is pressed, a page with Registration Number, Login ID and Password will be generated.
2. Please note down Registration Number, Login ID and Password or take a print out of the page. Candidate will require Login ID and Password to complete the application.
3. Download Bank Slip, for payment at bank, by clicking on “Bank Slip: Click here to download your bank slip”.

1. Go to any Canara bank branch along with Bank Slip and Cash.
2. Deposit the fee at the branch and get back TWO counter foils of Bank Slip.
3. Ensure that Bank Branch code is written on the Bank Slip.

Wait for 24 to 48 hrs for the payement to reflect Against your Registration No.

1. After 48 hours, go to http://dte.applyforexam.com
2. Click on “Login” – Screen will ask for Login ID and Password
3. Fill your Login ID and Password (as noted at Step 3).
4. Click on “Sign In” button.

Make sure that you have softcopy of your Photograph & Signatures (Size less than 100Kb) as you would require them.

• Click on “Edit Form” button.
• Fill out the remaining information (Gender, nationality, Complete Correspondence address and answer “Passed Punjabi upto Matric?”.
• Then upload a recently taken scanned photograph in JPG format. The digital size of each file must be less that 100 kb.
• Then upload your scanned signature in JPG format. The digital size of each file must be less that 100 kb.
• After compeleting “Candidate Profile” click on “Save” button.

Educational Qualification

• Click on “Educational Qualification” from Main Menu.
• Fill the University/Board name, Year of passing and percentage of marks for Matric, 10+2, Graduation and Post-Graduation.
• Atfer completing Educational Qualification press “Update” Button.

Technical Qualification

• Click on “Technical Qualification” from Main Menu.
• Fill the Institution name, Year of passing, Trade, Certifying Authority and percentage of marks for ITI, Diploma and Craft Training Instructor(CTI).
• Atfer completing Technical Qualification press “Update” Button.

Experience

• Click on “Experience” from Main Menu.
• Fill the Institution name, From and To dates of experience in (dd/mm/yyyy) format, Last Drawn Salary and Total Experience in (Years/ Months / Days).
• Atfer completing Experience press “Update” Button.

1. Click on “Print Form” from Main Menu to take a prinout of application forn for your record.

1. Press on “Confirm” button to finally lock your application form.
2. Once confirmed, no correction / modification shall be allowed.
3. Registration Number, print of application and proof of payment of application fee should be retained by you.

1. Eligible and Ineligible list will be avalilable on site at least one week before the date of the examination.
2. Download and Print your Admission Card using your login ID and Password. No Admission Cards will be sent by post.
3. If you are unable to download the Admission Card from the website concerned, you must contact the Directorate office or Call 999999999 or email at dte@applyforexam.com.
4. Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

The DTE will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.
